What cities are eligible for the Community Christmas Initiative?

When will families receive their gifts, and will the nominated families be contacted beforehand?

Families can expect to receive their gifts in the weeks leading up to the holiday season, typically before December 25th. Nominated families will be contacted before the gift distribution to coordinate the delivery and ensure a smooth and timely process. We value the privacy and dignity of the families we support and strive to make the experience as pleasant as possible for them.


Is delivery an option if pick-up isn't accessible for nominated families?

Yes, we understand that pick-up may not be accessible for everyone. If you or a nominated family have difficulties with pick-up, please let us know during the coordination process. We will do our best to arrange for a delivery option to ensure that support reaches you in a convenient and timely manner.
