Covered by most insurance companies, Exhale Therapy offers a range of services with multiple designations to meet your benefits needs.

PAYMENT

At Exhale Therapy our prices are structured around the duration of your session as well as the experience and background of the clinician.

Individual Counselling - $170 - MSW _ RP

Couples Counselling - $185 - MSW

Documentation - $50+ per letter

Payment is required before or during your session by e-transfer, debit, credit or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

48-Hours Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 48-hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, in order to avoid a full session rate cancellation fee.

Compassionate Grounds: A late cancellation fee will only be waived upon compassionate grounds. Compassionate grounds will be defined as a medical emergency, death or natural disaster. Sickness and inclement weather will no longer be an option for a waived fee.

If you experience Covid or flu-like symptoms before an in-person session, or if you cannot safely commute to our office, please contact our front desk immediately to arrange for a virtual or phone session.

Appointments can now be cancelled through your OWL portal online, and our administrative team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am-9:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am-5:00 pm to offer further support. Client’s are also able to leave a voicemail, or email us, outside of these hours.

SLIDING SCALE

Although an investment, we know that counselling is expensive. Our therapists at Exhale offer a reduced fee to a limited number of clients.

This program is specially designed as our way to give back to our community. Mental wellness is our passion and we want to be able to provide it to all in need.
