Eve comes to Exhale with a background in sociology and is an aspiring social worker. Recognising that people have many reasons for accessing mental health care, Eve is honoured to support clients when they make that first brave call.

In her free time you can find Eve spending time with friends and family, cooking, reading or playing with her dog Cooper.

Meet Daniela!

With a B.A. in psychology and years of experience in education, Daniela is excited to share her passions with the entire Exhale team!

Dedicated to helping others elevate their confidence, Daniela has a natural talent for ensuring everyone feels welcome, seen, and accepted. 

In her free time, Daniela loves learning about skin care, listening to music, arts and crafts, and hanging out with her dog, Pretzel! 


JESS PEREIRA, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Meet Jess!

Throughout her life and career, Jess has always had a passion to help others. Jess comes to Exhale with a background in Social Work, and years of experience serving our local community.

Continuing to walk in her own journey of wellness, Jess looks forward to supporting clients as a part of the office team and creating a warm and welcoming environment at Exhale.

In her free time, Jess can be found spending time with her family, travelling, crafting, and reading.


TASH SYMONDS, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Meet Tash!

Natasha (Tash) comes to Exhale with a background in dental. Dedicated to creating a positive working environment, Tash ensures that every client is greeted with a warm smile and a listening ear.

When she's not in the office you can find Tash soaking up the sun in her pool, or daydreaming about travel to the sunniest destinations. Whether it's hiking, Zumba with friends, or lifting weights, fitness has become Tash’s newest interest in life.

Natasha is excited to be a part of the team and to help serve the community with ample love and support.


TAYLOR QUENNEVILLE, ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Meet Taylor!

With an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and specialization in research, Taylor has been passionate about understanding and promoting mental health from an early age.  

As part of our office team, she is dedicated to helping clients find the therapist that is right for them and assist in their administrative needs. 

She creates a welcoming and safe environment for clients, treating everyone with a listening ear and respectful demeanor. 

In her free time, Taylor enjoys working out, playing tennis and spending time with friends and family.


SHINEAD MONAGHAN, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Meet Shinead!

As Exhale Therapy's Director of Operations Shinead oversees tasks both in the office and out in the community.

With a Master's in Social Work from Trinity College Dublin and a decade of customer care experience, Shinead is dedicated to providing a warm, personalised, and inclusive environment for all of our clients.

Shinead enjoys practices of mindfulness and meditation and has recently endeavoured to learn more about the mind-body connection. When she's not busy at the office, you're likely to find Shinead exercising, spending time with friends, or perfecting her "Taco Tuesday" regime.


STACI BROOKS, CLINIC MANAGER

Meet Staci!

As the clinic manager of Exhale Therapy, you will see Staci in the office throughout the week working closely with our therapists and clients to ensure that everyone feels welcome and well taken care of.

Staci’s passion for helping others has been a trait she has had since early childhood. With over 25 years in the health care field, Staci has extensive experience with helping and taking care of people.

The last 10 years of her career have been spent managing and leading teams in healthcare with her focus being on development and client relations.

Her passion for seeing others grow and thrive makes her an excellent addition to our team!
