She is committed to creating a supportive, non-judgmental, and accessible environment for clients to receive the help they need, and is currently pursuing further education in psychotherapy.
In her spare time, Steph enjoys singing, yoga, canoe-tripping, and cuddling her cats. She is also an aspiring (read: inconsistent) outdoor-runner and indoor-rock climber (belay certification pending).

With a Master's in Social Work from Trinity College Dublin and a decade of customer care experience, Shinead is dedicated to providing a warm, personalised, and inclusive environment for all of our clients.
Shinead enjoys practices of mindfulness and meditation and has recently endeavoured to learn more about the mind-body connection. When she's not busy at the office, you're likely to find Shinead hiking, spending time with friends, or perfecting her "Taco Tuesday" regime.
