This in-person workshop series takes place across two nights: Wednesday, October 25th and Wednesday, November 1st, 2023. $50 covers the full fee for both evenings, meaning that participants do not need to buy two separate tickets for each night.
Many people can relate to feeling stuck, whether in their education, their job, their sense of self, their friendships, family or personal relationships. More specifically, we may feel stuck in behavioural patterns that leave us coping with challenging feelings rather than creating a path that is satisfying for us.
In this two-night event, Registered Psychotherapist Daryl Meijer introduces the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Life Map as a means of addressing feelings of stagnation and discontentment.
Open to both clients and community members, this in-person event is recommended for folks ages 18+ who may not only be frustrated in their circumstances but possibly with themselves, who want to show up differently and create a more fulfilling life.
If you are unable to attend both evenings, we kindly ask that you join us for a workshop some other time.
