Exhale's stress management workshop aims to offer participants education, practical tools, and support for enhancing their mental well-being, effectively handling stress, and building resilience. Through the promotion of self-care, self-awareness, and emotional regulation, our inclusive workshop strives to encourage a healthier and more balanced approach to overall mental health and specifically, stress management.
Open to both clients and community members, this in-person event is recommended for folks ages 18+ who are interested in learning more about mental wellness and stress management strategies.
